So tired, so sleepy!

My Vaio is still not ready!!!! the cso of the service centre kept hemming and hawing when i questioned him why is it taking so long!!! i hate Harvey Norman, their Extended Warranty Service Contract and their assigned service centre -Kwiktron (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd!!!!  I’ve written a complain letter to Harvey Norman, not sure if it’s going to help. We’ll see.

since last week, my sister and i have been anticipating the opening of this lovely new shop at the 4th floor of Causeway Point. We went to peek though their gates for 2 days, checking out the stuffs in the pretty shop.  Today, we are so happy to find the shop opened finally!

I was so so so excited and love almost everything in the shop… haha!

The tea cups and wallpaper are so so lovely…

Didn’t get anything today because i was in a hurry but i’ll definately go back for more!

Jan: u are welcome! asylum sells 110 film… there’s an online shop that sells it too but i dont have the url with me now (laptop still not back!) will let u know once i found the link. if i didnt remember wrongly, the camera cost about S$25 and the 110 film is about $8?

Pea: Thank you! there’s a Singapore Etsy group and they had organised gatherings for jewellery making and knitting if i’m not wrong. yea, it would definately be nice try what you mentioned. lets see if we can do something like that in future.

Amelia: Get a lomo cam on ebay! it’s much cheaper. can’t wait to see your polaroids!

i feel so handicapped ever since i sent mr Vaio for servicing! it has been many days and i still have yet to hear from the service centre! arghh… no photo-editing software, no scanner = nothing to post.

last saturday, while waiting for my sister at kinokuniya, my iphone ‘died’ on me again! the screen went black out for 10 mins and i got really panicked because i do not remember many numbers except Ant’s starhub line, yee yee’s jb home number, zwen’s home number, suting’s hp number and my parents’ home number. (my memory for telephone numbers seems to have stuck at 10 years ago!!! haha) Luckily the screen came back alive again when my sister sent me another sms. 

i think i might need to get a spare phone since this is not the 1st time iphone has died on me. another solution is to write down important phone numbers on my moleskine, just incase…

Amelia: ya, you need to set the contrast to the darkest if u are taking the polaroids in bright sunlight. (if using sx-70) i researched before i got my sx-70, so i didnt have much problem with outdoor pictures. only the indoor ones are giving me problem. hehe.

May: i bought the moccasins at suntec’s red wing shop. cost me about S$80 if i’m not wrong. it’s really comfortable. i’m waiting for another pair to arrive.

Jan: I got the cameras at Asylum located at Ann Siang Road. I think there’s one photolab in Hong Lim Complex (Fei Fei, i think) that develops 110 film but only in black and white. i developed my sister’s roll in hong kong. mine is still unfinish and i think the pictures will be pretty crappy so i might not develop it afterall. haha.

Jolene: I’m not sure where to get polaroid films in SG now. the lab at woodlands causeway point has sold out! >.< i will most probably get them from ebay.
